The national theme, “Life is a Puzzle, Solve it Drug Free,” reminds us that every choice we make fits into the bigger picture of our lives.
SPLT members — Anna Eastman, Claire Franzen, Madison Blood, and Maria Moreno — designed a pledge banner for our high school students to sign and commit to making healthy, drug-free choices.

Our Bulldog Band was one of 23 bands (plus 18 independent twirlers) who took the field today as a part of EMU Band Day - over 1,200 performers playing together! 🧡🖤🎶

We hosted our Fall Community Breakfast today, and it was such a great success! Our speakers shared valuable updates about what’s happening in and around our community, and it was inspiring to see so many people who make Petersburg and the surrounding area such an amazing place to live, work, and grow.
A huge thank-you to our outstanding student volunteers who helped make the morning run smoothly:
Elena Miller, Austin Taylor, Rylee Schiffler, and Claire Franzen – greeted our guests with warm smiles at the doors.
Jaeli Jones, Bethany Suydam, and Grace Raymond – managed check-in and name tags like pros.
Brea Olmstead, MaKenna Shipe, and Mia Samples – did an amazing job moderating the event!
